Proposed plans for the building include 11 levels of guest rooms. Parx hopes to begin construction on the project later this year with a scheduled opening date sometime during 2025. "This is the culmination of a plan which has been in the works for over a decade at this property, and we're very excited," Meginniss told councilmembers.
